Live One Moment at a time. Anger/Fear based emotions are a alarm going off telling
you you are not present. Most importantly. don’t forget to breath. Thats how I
stay in the present moment. There is no silver bullet. there is no secret
formula that works for everyone all the time. But I will tell you what works for
me.
Live One Moment at a time: Everyday is a new day, Every moment is a New Moment. Move towards the future. the most important person to forgive is yourself. Eckhart Tolle has a great line in his book. When you forgive yourself for not being at peace your non-peace is immediately transmuted into peace. pretty cool uh. but you have to be sincere
you can’t fake it. I have this trick I do at work when I’m having a bad day. CLEAN SLATE for the next table. it doesn’t matter that you have had the DAY FROM HELL up to now. Start fresh with new beginning. YOUR MOMENT YOUR CHOICE. all that matters is right now right this very second. the one thing that you can control is how you react to the world around you. I my opinion most of the time it is the Only thing you have control over. MY MOMENT MY CHOICE I CHOOSE LOVE. this is what I began to tell myself.

YOU ARE NOT PRESENT!!!. When I am Angry: Fearful; Anxious; WHEN I REMEMBER to do it I ask Myself this question. WHAT DOES MY EMOTION DO TO POSITIVELY AFFECT THE SITUATION. Yes it might make me feel good. Yes I might be able to justify your feelings. but does it really matter. will my anger towards someone magically change their behavior.
Is the end result Peaceful. Now once again I will saying I am most certainly NOT PERFECT. ANYONE who works with me can verify that. I use a technique I learned from Ineila Benz that really helps process the fear and then get rid of it
ok so this is a short meditation I have changed it slightly to make it my own. Its great how you can learn from other people and then apply it to you own life.
sit in a comfortable position.
take a deep breath and let it out
breathing into your heart center/ heart chakra........let your breath become present with
your body as you breathing in visualize love and light filling your heart center.heart chakra
Now see the fear......recognize it in your energy field. locate it.
Is it in your mental body? physical Body? Emotional Body? locate it and acknowledge it. say to the fear I ACCEPT YOU. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE HERE. I LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE. I COULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN HERE WITHOUT YOUR HELP SO THANK YOU. I SEND YOU NOW A INFINITE AMOUNT OF LOVE AND GRATITUDE
Now let the fear express itself to you in whatever way it wishes. let it get bigger and bigger. DO NOT JUDGE Just Watch do not partake...just be the observer let the fear get as big as it wants... as big as a house... as big as a city.....as big as a continent....as big as the whole earth..and then after it has ran its course its gone and only p6eace remains. Don’t believe me try it and see. The trick here is to be the Observer you are not partaking

DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE.
I know is sounds silly but it is true. I trick I use when I want to relax and center myself I quickly is concentrate on my breathing. I close my eyes and imagine the air coming into my nose and going out my mouth. Then I just let my body be one with my breath. it works well for me. in time you can clean the slate in just a matter of seconds you are centered ready to move on in peace.
My Moment My Choice I Choose Love. this may sound a little cheesy but its true.
It is a very empowering moment when we realize that we have a choice. we have
control. It is not what happens around us that is Important. IT IS HOW WE CHOOSE
